AI Engineer
ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY The AI Engineer will join the Channel Sales and Operations team to help operationalize the AI layer of a next-generation platform consisting of an analytics dashboard, predictive analytics engine, and experimentation platform, shaping how teams interact with data.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU - Develop and productionize a chat-based AI layer on top of our three-platform system.
- Build pipelines that enable our LLM to access and reason over proprietary business data.
- Design and implement RAG architectures to support trustworthy AI responses.
- Translate business problems into database schemas and efficient ETL processes.
- Create demo-able, reliable AI workflows for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure AI outputs are useful and intuitive.
- Troubleshoot, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance on company-specific use cases.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS - 3+ years of experience working with databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries
- Strong experience designing ETL processes; preferably using Airflow or similar orchestration tools
- Understanding of data modeling and data transfer processes to support varied use cases (real-time, batch, analytical).
- Experience with LLMs and RAG pipelines
- Familiarity with techniques to enhance foundational models with proprietary data i.e. vector databases, embeddings, etc.
- Understanding of LLM limitations and creative strategies to ground them in business-specific knowledge
- Ability to build AI solutions that are demo-ready, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals
- Strong Python skills, particularly for data processing and ML prototyping
