Job Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst I to join a dynamic team within a global robotics organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You’ll support strategic decision-making through cost modeling, financial analysis, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and market analysis, including hardware cost modeling and scenario planning.
- Develop and manage project timelines and operational reports.
- Perform ad-hoc business analyses to support leadership decisions.
- Create frameworks for evaluating product cost improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement tools and systems to support business growth and agility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Background in operations or capacity planning.
- Familiarity with hardware cost structures and tariff analysis.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
