What does an AI Specialist Do?

The AI Specialist brings cutting-edge AI solutions to Sercante's clients, applying automation, predictive analytics and generative AI tools to solve real business challenges. They serve as a hands-on resource who knows how to design solutions that are powered by Salesforce and emerging AI technologies that unlock productivity for the client teams and accelerate the customer experiences.

They are not just experimenting with AI, they are using it to streamline operations, personalize communications and enable smarter decision-making across marketing, sales and service. They know what's "really real" with AI and help our clients demystify how AI can actually drive value for their organizations. The AI Specialist brings creativity, technical expertise and business acumen to every project.

The AI Specialist is part of Sercante's delivery team, collaborating with solution leads, data specialists, strategy consultants and product experts to design smart, scalable solutions that deliver impact for our clients.

A Day-in-the-Life:

Building and configuring AI use cases across service, sales, and marketing
Translating business needs into AI solutions using the right combination of Salesforce and other emerging technologies
Leading "art of the possible" and use case discovery sessions with clients to assess needs and feasibility
Documenting AI solution designs, data flows, and configuration details
Build and technical configuration for AI solutions
Testing, QA, and troubleshooting of AI-driven experiences
Pre-sales support for prospective AI clients
Establish delivery standards for AI project work and drive adoption/education across the Sercante team
Keeping up with new releases and product innovations in AI and related tech ecosystems
Ensuring all AI solutions meet ethical, privacy, and compliance best practices

A Successful AI Specialist will:

Have hands-on experience building AI solutions
Bring experience with at least 3+ of the following tools/platforms:
Be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data to enable AI use cases
Know how to configure, test, and deploy AI features, not just theoretically, but in real-life project environments
Be curious and eager to explore new AI tools, APIs, and use cases that create value
Anchor on business value, and understand how AI can enhance processes across marketing, sales, and service
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Be able to work in cross-functional teams and manage tasks independently
Possess a continuous learning mindset and thrive in a fast-evolving space
Be a builder and a teacher -- ready to create new frameworks, processes, and tools that accelerate impact.

Who We're Looking For:

5+ years in technology solutions, consulting or related role
2+ years working with AI solutions including predictive analytics, generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, etc.
Salesforce AI Specialist, Einstein certifications, a plus.
Bachelors or Masters degree in data science or analytics, a plus.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
Passionate about learning the latest AI capabilities and solutions.
Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans effectively.
Comfortable with ideating and presenting technology-driven solutions to stakeholders.
A passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative sales and marketing solutions.
A proactive mindset that embraces new challenges and opportunities.
