Position Overview:
We have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing department to develop customer-facing, strategic launch plans for new and existing categories that will generate excitement and revenue for the Kendra Scott brand! You’ll be tasked with creating a data-driven, competitive and cohesive strategy through cross-departmental collaboration to meet company objectives, key holidays and peak promotional periods. The Brand Director will work on multiple, large-scale product launches simultaneously while partnering with the Sr Director of Marketing as the main voice of the brand for communication and company buy in.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sr Director of Marketing to oversee and manage multi-channel launch strategies surrounding product, seasonal and key holiday campaigns
- Drive creative thought partnership bringing brand campaigns and launches to life via experiential elements such as brand activations, earned media stunts, outdoor media campaigns and both traditional and nontraditional media tactics
- Own, develop, execute and elevate brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Oversee the creation and briefing of category launch related marketing collateral and digital needs
- Have an always on eye to identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness
- Deliver an ongoing stream of new ideas to further establish brand awareness and drive traffic
- Manage team of 1-3 Brand Marketing Managers
Our ideal Candidate will have:
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of current industry trends and a proactive approach to staying up to date
• 8-10 years of experience in a Category Manager or Brand Manager role
- Creative and resourceful thinker with ability to problem solve with an analytical approach
- Ability to think big picture, be a self-starter and own projects from start to finish
- Strong communication skills to effectively interface and collaborate with key decision makers
• A passion for leading the delivery of dynamic, top-notch customer experiences
• An understanding of the Kendra Scott Customer and the desire to learn more
